The Senior UX Designer will plan and execute user research, design and prototype digital products, and collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams including developers and product owners. Key duties also involve presenting deliverables to stakeholders and mentoring other UX professionals while evolving UX practices for the age of AI.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute user research
- Design and prototype websites and applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, product owners, business analyst, process intelligence specialists and UX researchers
- Present your deliverables to key stakeholders and facilitate discussion
- Mentor and educate other UX professionals and enthusiasts
- Help evolve UX practices into the age of AI
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with complex projects
- Experience working with Figma
- Experience working with design systems
- Minimum 5 years of experience as UX designer, product designer or similar
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design or equivalent experience
