Responsibilities
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows
- UI Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and enhance the user experience
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers, product owners, developers, and other team members to ensure a user-centered design approach
- Iteration: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, and other data-driven insights
- Documentation: Maintain and update design documentation, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across the platform
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 4-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with some exposure to IoT platforms or industrial applications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects
- Ability to guide and assist junior designers
