Senior UX Designer (Enterprise/SaaS)

The Senior UX Designer will lead the visual and functional design of concepts, prototypes, and iterative milestones for SIEM and Threat Intelligence products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into elegant, scalable designs. Key tasks include designing end-to-end experiences, applying human-centered design principles, maintaining the design system, and facilitating workshops.
Responsibilities
- Design End-to-End Experiences: Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for SIEM and cybersecurity threat hunting-related workflows and interfaces
- Cross Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Customers to understand requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Apply Human-Centered Design Principles: Use research insights, usability testing, and iterative design methods to validate and refine solutions
- Design System & Standards: Maintain consistency across Securonix modules by leveraging and expanding upon the existing design system
- Facilitate Workshops: Lead design thinking sessions and co-creation workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback and align on experience goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human Computer Interaction, or similar, and a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
- Expert-level Figma skills for screen design and prototyping
- Wireframing and AI-assisted rapid prototyping skills
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills
- Experience in cybersecurity industry in product or design role
- Understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design
