- Take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define and execute product design strategies
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and contribute to the evolution of SEON's design system
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably within SaaS or enterprise B2B environments
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design for complex, data-driven products
- Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex workflows
