The role involves working across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery, focusing on user outcomes, speed of learning, and design quality. Responsibilities
- Work across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, with a focus on user outcomes, speed of learning, and design quality
- Mentor other designers, contribute to evolving the design culture, and help shape how the company scales
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define and execute product design strategies
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design for complex, data-driven products
- Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex workflows
