The Product Designer will be responsible for delivering exceptional UX/UI design that balances usability, visual appeal, and business objectives, making strategic design decisions based on data and user research. They must also collaborate cross-functionally and champion the use of design systems while maintaining brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional UX/UI design that balances usability, visual appeal, and business objectives
- Make strategic design decisions based on data, user research, and industry best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and other teams to ensure designs align with business goals
- Communicate and advocate for design decisions through compelling storytelling
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Proven experience in a digital product design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs
- Proven experience designing mobile products
- Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Familiarity with maintaining and contributing to design systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
