Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will take full ownership of the product's user experience, translating complex product and data requirements into clear, intuitive experiences across web and mobile applications. Key duties include owning the design process end-to-end, from discovery through production, and solving usability challenges with scalable design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the business, users, and product context in a fast-moving startup environment
• Own the design process end-to-end: from discovery and concept through wireframes, flows, UI, micro-copy, and production
• Translate complex product and data requirements into clear, intuitive experiences across web and mobile applications
• Identify usability and UX challenges and solve them with smart, simple, and scalable design solutions
• Lead design work in ambiguous problem spaces, taking strong ownership and making decisions independently
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in product/UI/UX design
• Proven experience designing B2C/B2B/B2B2C products
• Strong experience designing web and mobile applications
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design
• Experience with user research, testing, and iterative design processes
• Innovative mindset and experience working with AI tools as part of modern design workflows
