The role involves owning end-to-end UI design for core SportsEngine workflows across web and mobile, translating requirements into simple, elegant experiences through high-fidelity designs and prototypes. Key duties include contributing to the design system, championing accessibility, and ensuring high-quality implementation through close collaboration with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UI design for core SportsEngine workflows across web and mobile, from early concepts through final production specs
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data to define problems, map flows, and translate requirements into simple, elegant experiences
- Create high-fidelity UI designs with strong hierarchy, layout, interaction states, and micro-interactions that feel polished and consistent
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on UI craft and shipping digital products
- Demonstrated success designing and shipping large-scale, complex products across web and mobile surfaces
- Exceptional UI design skills with a strong eye for visual detail, layout, hierarchy, typography, and interaction patterns
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of design systems, accessibility best practices, and cross-platform consistency
