Product Designer
Guardio Remote (🇮🇱 The New North, Tel Aviv Subdistrict, Israel)
The Product Designer will lead projects independently within a high-velocity Growth squad, managing the creative process from concept to final execution while collaborating closely with Product Managers and development teams. They will make data-driven design decisions using KPIs and testing to optimize performance and directly contribute to business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects independently while collaborating effectively within a squad
- Manage the creative process from concept to final execution
- Work closely with the squad in a fast-paced environment, delivering impactful assets quickly
- Make data-driven design decisions using KPIs and testing to inform creative solutions
- Partner closely with Product Managers to prepare designs for development and ensure smooth handoff and implementation
- Bring broad and versatile product design capabilities with strong UI/UX expertise and sharp attention to detail
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Product Designer
- Highly proficient in Figma
- Experienced in leveraging AI workflows and design-to-code tools
- A data-informed mindset with a good understanding of business strategy, KPIs, and how to design for A/B tests
- Strong communicator who thrives when collaborating across different disciplines and teams
