The Graphic Designer will be the visual core of the Brand team, creating compelling design assets for all FELFEL brands and channels while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Responsibilities include designing assets for print, digital, merchandise, and packaging, managing production for printed projects, and translating business objectives into on-brand designs.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop key assets for FELFEL, Gavetti, and Usego across print, digital, merchandise, events, and packaging
- Translate business and marketing objectives into clear and compelling designs
- Manage production for printed projects and merchandise
- Support with branding-related assets and updated materials
- Ensure consistency by following and applying FELFEL's brand guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Strong and compelling portfolio
- Sharp eye for detail
- Ability to deliver high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills
- Proactive and independent work style
- Enthusiasm for brand strategy and new trends in design and art
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and PowerPoint
- Experience with CMS (Figma) is a plus
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- EU/EFTA or Swiss work permit
