Senior UI/UX Designer

The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the end-to-end design of customer-facing platforms, transforming complex healthcare workflows into clear, user-centered digital solutions, while establishing design standards and visual systems for consistency across products. Responsibilities include executing product design through research, prototyping, and collaboration with engineering through QA, alongside building and maintaining a unified, scalable design system.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of complex, multi-user workflows across web and mobile SaaS platforms
• Define and implement a UI/UX strategy that balances clinical, operational, and business objectives
• Act as a design thought partner to Product and Engineering leadership, advocating for best-in-class usability, accessibility, and design excellence
• Conduct user research and workflow mapping to inform product decisions and identify areas for continuous improvement
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and behavioral specifications to guide engineering teams with clarity and precision

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive UI/UX experience, including 5+ years in SaaS product design
• Proven experience designing enterprise or healthcare SaaS platforms with complex workflows
• Expert proficiency in Figma (preferred) or equivalent prototyping tools
• Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and UX research
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams (APIs, front-end frameworks, etc.)
• Familiarity with Linear, Jira, or Asana for sprint and QA management
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
