The UX Designer will shape intuitive, user-centered experiences for digital products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business outcomes. Key tasks include defining experience strategy and translating it into high-quality deliverables like complex workflows, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting user research through methods such as interviews, workshops, and usability testing
- Analyze and synthesize user feedback to inform design decisions
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and other documentation to communicate research findings
- Create site maps, wireframes, and prototypes to define the structure and flow of the product
- Design user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing
- Maintain and contribute to design systems to ensure visual consistency and scalability across platforms and products
- Assist in planning and conducting usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of designs
- Create and maintain design documentation, including personas, journeys, maps, and wireframes
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX design experience
- An available online portfolio
- Experience with best practices for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design
- Experience in life cycle design projects from design strategy through execution
- Experience with common design software (Figma, Adobe, etc)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
