Staff UX Designer, Product Management

The Staff UX Designer will be responsible for creating design roadmaps that translate complex business and technical requirements into clear paths forward, owning the health and integrity of broad business themes. This includes delivering user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and aligning leadership on design direction for a seamless platform experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive and own change across the organization
- Create roadmaps to solve complex business problems
- Spot needs outside of immediate work and prioritize for maximum impact
- Drive design patterns for the entire team
- Actively mentor junior designers and manage contractor teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a web-based, product-centric company
- Proven background in SaaS products
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or a related product design field
