Responsibilities
- Lead design initiatives with a focus on designing AI agent behavior
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and innovate
- Identify opportunities and resolve gaps in product strategy
- Craft and validate long-term design strategies through customer research and prototyping
- Define AI agent personas and behavioral contracts
- Design for multiple personas with varying technical expertise
- Ensure AI agents are designed to assist users
Requirements
- 8+ years of design experience
- Available online portfolio
- Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Prototyping experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax
