The Product Designer will own the end-to-end design lifecycle for Eli's mobile applications, including user research, concept exploration, high-fidelity design, and QA, while operating as a design lead within a small product squad. Key tasks include building and evolving a unified design system, conducting customer research, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate complex health data into intuitive experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the product design lifecycle for Eliâs mobile applications (iOS and Android)
- Operate as a design lead within a small product squad
- Build, maintain, and evolve a unified design system that scales across platforms
- Conduct and synthesize customer research
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end mobile app design for both iOS and Android
- Deep experience in consumer healthcare, health tech, or digital wellness
- Proven track record of building and scaling design systems from scratch or early stages
