The UX Designer will be responsible for delivering intuitive service experiences based on user needs and established design principles, while advocating for design thinking and service design within the team. They will contribute to the growing Experience Design capability by creating exemplary digital services that make a positive, measurable impact.

- Guide the creation of design systems and advocate best practice by example
- Contributes towards the design and facilitation of ideation workshops
- Leads the creation and use of journey and process maps in a project context to help prioritise and guide design direction
