The Product Designer will join a small team building software for the firm’s investing and operating functions, focusing on designing products for investment discovery, network building, and AI-powered workflows. Responsibilities span the entire product lifecycle, from initial exploration and research to polished UI, requiring close collaboration with engineers in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Build, move fast, and learn
- Distill ambiguous problems and nuanced workflows into intuitive solutions
- Design in both the 0-1 phase of product development and iterative 1-10 improvements
- Own features or projects end-to-end, from concept and research through implementation and iteration
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality execution
Requirements
- 2+ years of product design experience shipping digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX, systems thinking, and polished visual design
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Fluency in Figma and comfort building detailed, scalable components
