- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to refine design decisions
- Partner with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Contribute to and evolve our design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Simplify complex AI and sports data workflows into intuitive user journeys
- Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and interaction patterns
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing real-world product work
- Proficiency in Figma (Sketch or equivalent tools is a plus)
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and usability principles
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience designing for web, mobile, or SaaS platforms
