Senior Product Designer

The role involves owning end-to-end design for growth initiatives across the ecosystem, including identifying opportunities, defining, designing, and iterating on experiments to improve activation, engagement, and retention. Responsibilities also include partnering with cross-functional teams to shape strategy, measure impact, and evolving design systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for growth initiatives across the ecosystem
• Identify and prioritise opportunities across the full user lifecycle
• Define, design, and iterate on experiments that improve activation, engagement, retention, and long-term value
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Community to shape strategy and define hypotheses
• Contribute to and evolve the design systems to support consistency, speed, and scale

Requirements

• Significant experience in product design, UX/UI, or growth-focused design roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered thinking, strategic problem-solving, and measurable product impact
• Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and systems into clear, approachable experiences
• High proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows
• Experience working closely with engineering and product teams in agile, cross-functional environments
