Product Designer Senior (F/H)

Key responsibilities include facilitating internal and external workshops for co-design and requirements gathering, creating user journeys, prototyping interfaces, and conducting user testing. The role also involves maintaining the Design System and iteratively analyzing platform data to suggest improvements.
Responsibilities
- Animate workshops internally and externally, co-design, and gather needs
- Create user journeys, prototyping, and interface design for new needs
- Set up and conduct user tests, and maintain and participate in the evolution of the Design System
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in product design, ideally on a SaaS or B2B2B solution
- Curious and empathetic, with a user-centric vision
- Strong background in design, with a strong understanding of UX fundamentals, including interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles
