The Product Designer will work cross-functionally to design and deliver high-quality digital product experiences, participating in discovery to translate user needs and business goals into thoughtful solutions. They will create necessary design artifacts, contribute to design critiques, apply the design system, and collaborate closely with engineering for implementation.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality digital product experiences
- Participate in discovery to understand user needs, business goals, and constraints, and translate insights into thoughtful solutions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate ideas and improve designs through iteration
Requirements
- 2â5 years of experience as a product designer
- Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, including interaction design, visual design, accessibility, and usability
- Experience working in agile product teams, from discovery through delivery
- Ability to plan and conduct user research and synthesize insights into actionable design decisions
