Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will design and produce visual assets for Dining Services, including menus, signage, digital displays, and social media graphics, collaborating with various internal teams. This role involves translating concepts into compelling visual storytelling while ensuring all designs adhere to brand standards and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for Dining Services, including menus, signage, promotional materials, digital displays, social media graphics, presentations, training manuals and internal communications
• Collaborate with marketing, culinary, and operations teams to translate concepts into compelling visual storytelling
• Ensure all designs align with brand standards while supporting individual dining concepts and locations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
• Prepare final files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Contribute creative ideas to campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new dining initiatives
• Maintain and organize design files and templates for ongoing use

Requirements

• Preference for candidates with a Graphic Design degree from an accredited design school
• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (experience in hospitality, food service, or lifestyle brands a plus)
• Strong proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• Open to learning and leveraging Canva
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency and business objectives
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
