Graphic Designer

The role involves creating, designing, and editing comprehensive visual materials such as proposals, offering memorandums, flyers, maps, and presentations to support business development objectives. The designer will manage complex projects from concept to completion while collaborating with deal teams and staying current on design trends.

Responsibilities

• Create, design, and edit comprehensive materials including print and interactive collateral such as proposals, offering memorandums, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, and presentation materials
• Apply professional graphic design principles to develop innovative visual solutions that support business development objectives
• Manage complex design projects from initial concept through final completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Provide design advice and guidance to deal teams, translating verbal and written input into compelling graphic illustrations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design
• Minimum of 2-3 years design experience using Adobe Creative Suite with strong emphasis on InDesign expertise
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) on Macintosh operating system
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated tact and diplomacy when interacting with stakeholders
• Well-developed verbal, listening, written, and creative design skills
