Graphic Designer (Hourly)

The Graphic Designer will execute all creative assets across One Off Hospitality brands, working with the Marketing Director and Manager to develop brand identity from concept to execution for various projects like emails, menus, and promotional items. Responsibilities also include updating marketing assets across platforms, collaborating with culinary and management teams on collateral, and developing content and campaigns for social media.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager to develop brand identity from strategy and concept to execution
- Projects include but are not limited to: email campaigns, website design, menu design, branded/promotional items & packaging, advertising, in-store promotional collateral, logo design and/or refresh, invitation design, social media stories + assets, collateral for sales teams
- Responsible for updating marketing assets and information across partner platforms, brand websites, and other touchpoints
- Work alongside and ideate with Chefs and Managers on collateral needs for events, private events, catering, packaging and more
- Develop content & campaigns for use within social media
- Assist with developing brand guidelines and promotional templates
Requirements
- 2-3+ years professional graphic design experience
- Knowledge of Adobe products including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Knowledge of Canva (or equivalent platform)
- Hands-on experience creating and designing email marketing campaigns
- Passion for having fun, dining out, and trying new restaurants
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize effectively
