Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the design, development, and production of marketing and campaign collateral across all verticals, collaborating with the marketing team. This includes creating high-quality marketing materials such as digital ads, social media graphics, and print collateral tailored for hyper-local community audiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, print collateral, signage, direct mail, and in-clinic promotional materials
- Develop creative assets that align with Ally Medical’s brand standards while tailoring messaging to hyper-local community audiences
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels
- Translate marketing objectives and campaign strategies into compelling visual solutions
- Ensure consistency of brand voice, style, and visual identity across all materials and platforms
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Work cross-functionally with operations, clinic managers, and leadership to understand local marketing needs
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
Requirements
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Etc.)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in both digital and print design
- Understanding typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and customer journey mapping
- Ability to work within brand standards while bringing fresh, innovative ideas
- Experience with video editing or motion graphics (preferred)
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design tools (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of file preparation for print production
