The Senior Product Designer will lead UX/UI design across the entire purchase and subscription journey, focusing on onboarding, management, renewal, and retention for the core eCommerce platform. This involves creating intuitive solutions for complex interactions like pausing or canceling subscriptions while partnering with Product and Data teams to drive engagement and reduce churn.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design across the full purchase and subscription journey, including onboarding, management, renewal, and retention
- Create intuitive, elegant solutions for complex interactions, such as pausing, swapping, or cancelling subscriptions
- Partner with Product and Data to identify opportunities that drive engagement and reduce churn
- Collaborate with Engineering to deliver fast, high-quality implementations across web and app
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in eCommerce, DTC, or subscription-based products
- Proven ability to translate complex journeys into clear, intuitive user flows
- Strong UX craft, visual polish, and attention to detail
- Experience using Figma and working within a shared design system
- Understanding of retention, LTV, and behavioral drivers for recurring products
