UX Designer - GammaLabs

The UX Designer will be responsible for creating outstanding customer and user experiences, delivering high-quality UI grounded in solid user research and analytics as part of Product Discovery. Day-to-day tasks involve embedding UX within Product Discovery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating design artifacts like wireframes and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Embed UX within Product Discovery, working closely with Product Owners and Managers, Software Engineers, and UX Researchers
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to clearly communicate design concepts
- Apply a data-driven approach to UX by defining and implementing success metrics for customer journeys and MVP deployments
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of UX design experience
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Experience with usability testing, customer journey mapping, and research analysis
- Experience contributing to and maintaining a design system, and working with component libraries containing UI assets
