
UX Designer

The designer will be accountable for the entire design lifecycle in a specific product area, turning complex user insights into simple, accessible products while helping to stabilize the design function. Key duties include driving continuous discovery, leading lean experiments, refining design processes (DesignOps), and contributing to the Design System.
Responsibilities
- Navigating Discovery & Design: Drive the design process using a Dual-Track Agile approach
- Lean Experimentation: Deconstruct large, messy ideas into lean experiments
- Bringing Order to Chaos: Partner with Senior UX Designers and Design Leadership to refine the manual
- Design System Stewardship: Contribute to and help govern the Design System
- Facilitating Clarity: Lead workshops and FigJam sessions to get stakeholders on the same page
- Leading Ceremonies: Support and lead design-specific syncs like Design Critiques and peer reviews
- Cross Functional Product Teams: Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers
Requirements
- Mastery of Figma (Auto-layout, Variables, Components)
- Experience with research tools like Askable or Maze
- Proactive identification of what needs to move forward and rallying people to do it
- Ability to pivot when business needs shift and maintain cool when project scope changes mid-sprint
