UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for defining, evolving, and ensuring the quality of the user experience across software products, including legacy platforms and new SaaS solutions focused on energy and digital governance. Key duties involve conducting user research, creating prototypes, collaborating with Product and Development teams, and maintaining the corporate Design System.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic analysis to inform design decisions
- Create navigation flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces using Figma, FigJam, Miro, or similar tools
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to ensure coherence between planned and implemented experiences
- Participate in defining functional and experiential requirements with Product teams
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the Nextpower Design System
- Support the redesign of legacy systems, proposing interface modernization and usability improvements
- Promote good practices in accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design
- Maintain updated documentation of interface flows and components
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in digital products
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, and FigJam
- Familiarity with design systems, corporate guidelines, and responsive design practices
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
- Ability to translate technical and business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences
- Good visual and verbal communication skills
