The role involves conducting comprehensive mixed-method user research and designing intuitive user interfaces for SaaS enterprise software solutions. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the established design system.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mixed-method user research
- Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces for SaaS enterprise software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product experiences
- Contribute to our design system
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design or related field
- Experience working in an enterprise software environment with agile engineering teams
- Proven experience in conducting user research, including user interviews, user surveys, remote moderated user testing and unmoderated testing
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and rapid prototyping
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
