The Senior UI/UX Designer & Developer will be responsible for both designing and developing user interfaces and experiences, working closely with product, design, and development teams to create seamless digital solutions. Key tasks include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, leading design guideline maintenance, and implementing designs using front-end technologies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Design visually compelling interfaces that align with the solution design guidelines.
- Lead the development and maintenance of our design guidelines.
- Implement designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create responsive and interactive user interfaces.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design and development are aligned.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field and equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in designing and development.
- A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design and front-end development examples.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Mosaic, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma).
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
