The UX Designer will champion the customer by creating intuitive, data-driven experiences for the Adis Insight platform, simplifying complex scientific and commercial data into clear, impactful designs. This involves leading UX design within the team, collaborating with researchers and engineers, and ensuring design solutions align with the product vision.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of intuitive, data-driven experiences for Adis Insight
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to simplify complex data interactions
- Evolve Adis Insight into a smarter, more interactive intelligence platform
- Leverage AI, automation, and advanced data visualisation to enhance the platform
- Champion the customer and create experiences that align with AdisInsight vision
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UX design
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience designing data-heavy platforms
- Deep understanding of UX research methods and ability to plan and execute studies
- Proven ability to simplify complex data interactions into clear, usable designs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-designers
- Empathy for users and drive to create value for scientists and researchers
