The designer will be responsible for end-to-end design, including creating and maintaining design systems and layouts across web products, and conducting UX research to design user flows and information architecture. Key tasks involve producing high-quality visual designs, developing the internal Design System, and ensuring quality control through design reviews.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain design systems and layouts for company web products
- Design user flows and information architecture from scratch
- Conduct technical assessments of design feasibility in collaboration with developers
- Produce high-quality UI designs and professional-grade layouts
- Develop and scale the internal Design System
- Research new design trends, tools, and interaction patterns
- Participate in sprint and quarterly planning
- Break down complex design concepts into manageable implementation phases
- Conduct design reviews of implemented features
- Work closely with Product Owners and the Team Lead to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Web or Product Designer
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing web design and complex dashboard/UI systems
- Understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and constraints
- Proven experience in designing and maintaining scalable Design Systems
- Ability to estimate design efforts and meet deadlines in an agile environment
- Deep knowledge of typography, composition, and UX psychology
- Proficiency in Jira/Confluence for task management
