The UX Designer will shape end-to-end experience coherence across multiple products and workflows, while also establishing and evolving design governance, including principles and quality criteria. This role involves strengthening research rigor, facilitating alignment sessions, and promoting accessibility best practices throughout the design process.
Responsibilities
- Shape end-to-end experience coherence across multiple products, workflows, and stakeholder groups
- Map and maintain customer journeys, service blueprints, and cross-product experience narratives
- Identify gaps, overlaps, and inconsistencies across journeys and drive alignment across teams
- Provide design reviews, guidance, and decision support to Product Designers and UI/Interaction Designers
Requirements
- Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience
- Several years of experience in UX, service design, product design, or experience design
- Strong track record of end-to-end journey work across products and services
- Solid experience planning and leading user research
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and supporting decision-making at scale
