The Staff Product Designer will own the end-to-end design for key product areas, from initial discovery and problem framing through to high-quality delivery in collaboration with engineering. This role involves simplifying complex user journeys and partnering across Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations to define opportunities and shape roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for key product areas
- Turn messy, ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable flows, wireframes, and interfaces
- Simplify complex user journeys and internal processes
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations to define problems, prioritize opportunities, and shape roadmaps
- Apply a mix of qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer/UX/UI Designer
- Strong interaction and visual design skills
- Proven experience simplifying complex user journeys or requirements
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and clarifying goals
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams
- Ability to influence and collaborate with engineers
