Growth Product Designer (Web-to-App & Conversion)

The role involves analyzing web-to-app funnels to identify friction points and developing UX/UI solutions to boost CTR, CVR, and Activation Rate, alongside improving the core web product (mobile-oriented, PWA). Responsibilities also include contributing to roadmap formation by initiating improvements and applying design expertise to product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Work on web-to-app funnels, analyzing current transitions and funnels, identifying friction and drop-off points
- Develop UX/UI solutions to improve CTR, CVR, and Activation Rate
- Collaborate with PMM to test hypotheses, analyze results, and form next iterations
- Improve the main product, creating and developing UX/UI for the mobile-oriented PWA
- Work on information architecture, user flows, scenarios, and product logic
- Build and maintain a design system
Requirements
- UX/UI design experience
- Experience with product analytics
- Knowledge of AI-based design tools
- Strong visual expertise
- Experience with web-to-app funnels
- Understanding of A/B testing and design impact on conversion
