Responsibilities
- Contribute to high-quality design standards and explore innovative new directions
- Conduct detailed Design Reviews to uphold consistency and excellence in design
- Solving user problems through design by collaborating closely with Product to identify user problems or opportunities
- Advocating for Usability Testing and Research to inform decisions, validate solutions, and measure impact post-launch
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years experience in the field of product design or UX/UI fields
- Compelling Portfolio showcasing previous Product/UX/UI Design experience
- Ability to align design efforts with the business strategy of your delivery team
- Strong grasp of user-centred design principles, design thinking methodologies, design systems and research practices
