UX Designer

The designer will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle, transforming complex user problems into simplified, high-performing digital products using an evidence-based approach. Key duties include driving continuous discovery, leading lean experimentation, building high-fidelity prototypes, and playing a pivotal role in Design Operations (DesignOps).

Responsibilities

• Product discovery and design execution, including continuous discovery, lean experimentation, and advanced prototyping
• Design operations, including workshop facilitation, ceremony leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Cross-functional partnership and collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Mixed-methods research and partnership with UX researchers to execute generative and evaluative research
• Impact measurement and definition of UX metrics to measure the success of launched features

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering complex B2B or B2C SaaS products in a fast-paced environment
• Autonomy and ability to operate as a self-directed ‘owner’ of your domain
• Strategic thinking and ability to look beyond the interface to understand business logic and long-term product strategy
• Agile proficiency and experience working in high-performing teams with sprints and continuous deployment cycles
• Evidence-based portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, user testing iterations, and measurable outcomes
• Technical toolset including Figma, with familiarity with modern research methods
• Systems thinking and understanding of how small design changes impact the broader ecosystem
• Educational background in Product Design, HCI, Behavioural Science, or equivalent industry experience
