The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for shaping high-quality user experiences across Keylane’s products, translating complex workflows into usable solutions from discovery through delivery. This includes collaborating closely with Product and Engineering, contributing to the design system, and mentoring peers.
Responsibilities
- UX design for key product initiatives from discovery to delivery
- Translate research insights and product requirements into structured design solutions
- Develop prototypes, flows, and interaction models for validation and stakeholder alignment
- Partner with Engineering to ensure design intent is preserved through implementation
- Drive adoption and contribution to the design system for consistency and scalability
- Support accessibility and usability improvements across product experiences
- Mentor peers and contribute to design culture, methods, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Designer working on complex digital products
- Strong command of interaction design, usability, and design systems
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and navigating technical/business constraints
- Comfortable owning end-to-end design work and managing ambiguity
- Empathetic, curious, and passionate about improving user outcomes at scale
