Senior Product Designer
Navan Remote (đŽđą The New North, Tel Aviv Subdistrict, Israel)
The Senior Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design process for key workstreams within the Enterprise platform, including concept development, user flows, final UI polish, and creating developer-ready documentation. This role requires simplifying complex business requirements and dense data into clear, intuitive B2B interfaces while contributing to and evolving the design system.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead the design process for specific Enterprise workstreams
- Simplify Complex Systems: Translate intricate business requirements into clear, intuitive B2B interfaces
- Systems Thinking: Contribute to and evolve the design system
- Influence through Narrative: Present complex concepts in an easily digestible narrative
- Bridge the Gap to Engineering: Collaborate daily with developers
- Data-Informed Advocacy: Use research and product analytics to validate design decisions
- Global Collaboration: Work as part of a global team
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Design experience
- Full-Stack proficiency
- Figma expertise
- Shipped B2B Work
- Technical fluency
- An Iterative mindset
- Strong communication skills
