- Gain deep and precise understanding of users and communicate their needs
- Dream, design, and test XTENDâs products and interfaces
- Produce high-quality visual design for the companyâs business needs
Requirements
- Proven experience designing production-grade products
- Must have experience solving complex UX problems with a physical component
- Independence and proactivity
- Profound empathy and understanding of human behavior
- Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Excellent written and communication skills in English
