Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will drive strategic discovery and research to understand consumer needs, leading the design strategy and execution for complex, high-impact features from problem framing to final delivery. They will also prototype high-quality user journeys and collaborate cross-functionally to test hypotheses across web and iOS platforms.
Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic discovery and research to understand consumer needs and opportunities
- Lead the design strategy and execution for complex, high-impact features
- Prototype high-quality user journeys and product experiences
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Content Designers and Researchers
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to test hypotheses across Trustpilotâs consumer web and iOS platforms
- Clearly articulate the value of great design and its connection to measurable business goals
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and bring them to the teamâs attention
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring all designs support diverse user groups effectively
Requirements
- Previous experience designing for high traffic digital products
- Strong understanding of shifting consumer mindsets and challenges
- Solid portfolio showcasing strong Product Design, discovery and UX research skills
- Evidence of design work that has delivered a measurable business impact and shaped product direction
- Skilled in both communication and storytelling, with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders
- Proficiency with Figma and other industry-standard design and prototyping tools
- Familiarity with front-end implementation practices and experience collaborating with Engineers and Product Managers
