Senior Product Designer

The main function involves working on the Design System by developing, creating, and modifying design components based on end-user needs. This includes participating in the entire design process from initial research through testing and validation.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the entire design process of our Design System from initial research, ideation, conceptualization, and design, to testing and validation
- Plan and conduct Primary and Secondary Research
- Synthesize research and build insights, reframe problems, and provide recommendations
- Apply Human-Centered Design and Service Design Thinking approaches
- Create Design System deliverables, such as DS components, low and high-fidelity UI prototypes, componentsâ documentation, and presentations
- Coordinate work activities with your digital team, Business teams, other IT services, and as required
- Communicate with stakeholders and the Development team in the process of creating our Design System
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working on a Design System and designing digital products & services as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Deep understanding of the UX Design discipline
- Proven experience and knowledge on implementation and facilitation of the overall design process
- Experience with industry standard design and research tools (Figma, Adobe CC, Miro, User testing, etcâŚ)
- Strong communications and organizational skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity while juggling multiple priorities
- Experience with Agile and SAFe methodology for team work and analytics âproductâ creation
- Fluent in Azure DevOps, Jira, and/or Confluence
