Senior Product Designer

The main function involves working on the Design System, developing, creating, and modifying design components based on end-user needs throughout the entire design process from research to validation. Responsibilities include planning and conducting research, synthesizing insights, and creating Design System deliverables like components, prototypes, documentation, and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the entire design process of the Design System
- Plan and conduct Primary and Secondary Research
- Synthesize research and build insights, reframe problems, and provide recommendations
- Apply Human-Centered Design and Service Design Thinking approaches
- Create Design System deliverables
- Coordinate work activities with the digital team, Business teams, and other IT services
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working on a Design System and designing digital products and services
- Deep understanding of the UX Design discipline
- Proven experience and knowledge on implementation and facilitation of the overall design process
- Experience with industry-standard design and research tools
- Strong communications and organizational skills
