The role involves designing end-to-end product experiences across Zengo's consumer and business products, focusing on core flows like onboarding, activation, trust-building, and security-critical interactions. This includes translating complex crypto and technical concepts into clear, intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Designing end-to-end product experiences across Zengo's products
- Owning core flows such as onboarding, activation, trust-building, and security-critical interactions
- Turning complex crypto, security, and technical concepts into clear, simple, and intuitive user experiences
- Deeply understanding users through research, data, and collaboration
- Designing for a range of use cases, including user-facing journeys as well as dashboards, permissions, and operational workflows
- Working closely with product managers and engineers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
- Proven experience shipping real products (consumer and/or B2B)
- Strong product thinking
- Comfortable designing complex systems and simplifying them for real users
- Experience with user research, problem framing, and concept development
- Background in fintech, crypto - Advantage
