Senior UI/UX Designer
Rhino Entertainment Group 🇲🇰 Bitola, North Macedonia
The Senior UI/UX Designer will own features from discovery through delivery, translating requirements into considered design solutions, user journeys, and high-fidelity prototypes. They will also partner closely with Product Owners and Engineers to ensure timely, high-quality implementation and contribute to expanding design systems.
Responsibilities
- Own features from discovery through to delivery
- Translate briefs and product requirements into considered design solutions
- Design complete user journeys, including edge cases, system states, and micro-interactions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes to communicate interaction and motion clearly
- Document and hand off work to ensure smooth implementation
- Partner closely with Product Owners and Engineers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Present and articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders
- Work autonomously while remaining aligned with broader product and business goals
- Contribute to and expand our design systems
- Build scalable components and patterns
- Ensure features scale across devices and multiple brands within our ecosystem
- Maintain well-structured, organised Figma files
- Support new product launches and rebrands
- Apply and evolve branding across product experiences
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience in digital products
- Strong understanding of UX principles and end-to-end flow design
- Ability to handle complex product problems with clarity and structure
- Experience designing for scale across multiple devices (web, mobile)
- Comfortable creating interactive prototypes
- Strong communication skills — able to explain rationale and defend decisions constructively
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of work
