This part-time role involves creating computer-generated full-color graphics and vinyl output, requiring artistic creativity to modify or produce designs based on customer specifications for media output. Responsibilities include determining the best output method, preparing illustrations and layouts for print reproduction, and ensuring job accuracy before outputting.
Responsibilities
- Create computer-generated full-color graphics and/or vinyl output
- Prioritize tasks and work autonomously
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Be accountable for the expected workload
- Determine the best output method based on the customer’s need
- Read, interpret, and allocate appropriate time to a Work Order
- Work with co-workers and customers with file transfers, FTP access, photo library options, online proofs, etc.
- Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy
- Prepare comprehensive illustrations, sketches, layouts, and copy for print reproduction
Requirements
- Ability to sit for long periods
- Ability to view a computer screen for long periods
- Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
