
Junior Graphic Designer

The role involves creating engaging motion graphics and animations using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro, alongside producing high-quality visual assets for various digital and print channels. The designer will also support senior colleagues with concept development and manage their own workload across multiple tasks and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging motion graphics and animations that bring concepts to life using After Effects and/or Premiere Pro
- Produce high-quality visual assets for digital channels, presentations, reports, campaigns, and internal communications
- Support senior designers with concept development, mood boards, and research
- Prepare artwork for digital and print production with strong attention to detail
- Manage time effectively across multiple tasks and deadlines and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Check work carefully to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Strong motion graphics or video-editing skills
- Understanding of print design principles
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing polished, accurate work
- Collaborative, open attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience working in a corporate or brand-led environment
- Portfolio showcasing both print and motion work
