UX / UI Designer

The UX/UI Designer will lead user experience design, information architecture, and visual design to ensure the intranet is intuitive, accessible, and aligned with DHCD branding. Key tasks include conducting discovery workshops, user research, designing information architecture, and creating wireframes and mockups.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery workshops and user research
- Perform taxonomy analysis and card sorting activities
- Design information architecture and navigation structure
- Create wireframes and visual mockups for homepage and key pages
- Apply DHCD branding (colors, logos, typography) in coordination with in-house designer
- Ensure usability and accessibility best practices
Requirements
- 3–5 years UX/UI design experience
- Experience designing intranets or enterprise portals
- Strong wireframing and IA skills
- Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent
