
Digital Graphic Designer - Content Strategy

The Digital Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating a consistent flow of culturally relevant content for organic social channels and paid advertising, moving quickly in a fast-paced environment. Key tasks include designing various content formats, responding creatively to cultural moments, and collaborating with other content creators to maintain brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Create consistent, platform-relevant content for organic social and paid media
- Respond to cultural moments, trends, and brand priorities with speed and creativity
- Design and produce content across formats (static, simple motion, short-form video)
- Collaborate closely with Adapters and Animators to evolve content over time
- Maintain brand voice, visual standards, and quality across all outputs
- Write creative concepts and bring them to life
Requirements
- Strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, composition)
- Experience creating content for social and performance marketing platforms
- Comfort working in fast cycles and producing high volumes of content
- Cultural awareness and understanding of social trends
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)
- Ability to take direction and iterate quickly based on feedback
- Creative writing
- BA/BS in Graphic Design or a similar field
- 3+ years of experience as a Digital Graphic Designer, with expertise in online e-commerce platforms and social platform requirements
- A strong portfolio demonstrating mastery in digital graphic design and brand expression
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to problem solve and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback
- Adaptability and comfort in a dynamic environment, with a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning
- Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects
